2 qts Tomatoes
1 qt Mozzarella
1 qt Basil (fresh)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into thin slices and arrange both on a plate. Wash the basil and slice it into small pieces or arrange the whole leaves with the tomatoes and the mozzarella. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk it together. Drizzle your sauce onto of your Caprese Salad.
