2 qts Zucchini
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Slice the zucchini into small slices and place them on a backing sheet with parchment paper. Coat them with olive oil, as well as salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powder and the parmesan cheese.
Grill your zucchini slices for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
