 1 Portion Gnocchi
 1 cup Arugula
 3 tbsp Red Pesto
 3 tbsp Ricotta
 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Fry the gnocchi with the olive oil until crisp. Mix in the presto as well as the ricotta and serve with arugula.
